HOW CAN I BE THE MOST COACHABLE?The clients who do the work and commit to implementing the advice and coaching they receive see the best results. They complete their homework, work on their mindset, and utilize the tools and resources available during the coaching process.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?This journey is yours, and we are here for YOU! If you purchased a package, you can use all 6 sessions in one week if you'd like (however, we would not recommend doing that). Typically we suggest meeting weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. You can discuss scheduling further during your first session.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?Coaching and therapy differ in their focus, approach, and goals. Coaching is future-oriented, emphasizing goal-setting, problem-solving, and empowering clients to achieve specific objectives. In contrast, therapy delves into past experiences to address emotional or psychological issues, and is often associated with healing and understanding root causes, while coaching aims at self-discovery and personal development. NOTE: If its determined that therapy is the best fit for you, we will discuss steps to helping you find the clinical support you need.

ARE RESULTS GUARANTEED?While I believe you have the power to change, results in life coaching are not guaranteed. Life coaching is a dynamic and collaborative process that depends on various factors, including the client's commitment, effort, and openness to change. Also keep in mind that healing/growth is not linear, meaning you may reach a point on your journey where you see growth, and reach another point where you realize there is more work to be done. You are always changing, and ever evolving.

HOW DOES MY CLIENT PORTAL WORK?Once you get started, you'll receive an email to setup your client portal. In the client portal, you can review important activity, including file transfers, email correspondence, and send messages. You can also review invoices, payment schedules and make payments. You will not have access to scheduling sessions.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), we will allow a courtesy cancellation if you've purchased a coaching package or several sessions at a time. However, after one courtesy, any additional late cancellations will result in a forfeit of your session. We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and exceptions will be made for unforeseen circumstances and emergencies. This policy acts as accountability to YOU! We find that clients who commit to their sessions see the best results.

ARE ALL SALES FINAL?Yes, all sales are final for coaching packages, courses, and 1-on-1 sessions.
